Peri-Colace Tablets

For overnight relief from occasional constipation (irregularity)
Generally produce bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours

How They Are Supplied

  • Each tablet contains 50 mg docusate sodium and 8.6 mg sennosides
  • Tablets: 10s, 30s, 60s

Mechanism of action

The active ingredients in Peri-Colace Tablets are docusate sodium and standardized senna concentrate. These ingredients are used together to help relieve occasional constipation. Docusate sodium works to soften the stool. Standardized senna concentrate is a laxative that helps to gently stimulate motility of the intestines.
